Using aRepresentive form-help

need ur help filling the application:USE OF A REPRESENTATİVE
i am the sponsor and my hubby doesnt speak Good english so i helped hım with the applicatıons.
need to fıll ın the form.though ı have some questıons about the form to make sure that ı understtod the guıde rıght:SEction B:APPOINTMENT OF REPRESENTATIVE
5.Your representatıves full name:--------Do ı have to put my name ythere?rıght?
7.your representatıves contact ınformatıon
8.your representatıves declaratıon:

Do ı have to fıll ın them?ı am askıng most about 7 and 8.In the guıde ıt says:your spouse does not have to complete a sepeate request and must sıgn ın the box provided under questıon 10.

If you are filling in the form so that you as the sponsor can be the representative, then yes you need to fill in all of those fields with your information.

You don't need to fill the form, its up to you if you do so, it really doesn't matter.... it applies mostly when you use a third party to help with the application, like an immigration support office, lawyer, etc. But to be honest, I would not fill that form, its useless in your case.

I filled it out because my husband doesn't speak English and he doesn't have an email address. I wanted all of the correspondence to come to me via email.

You don't need to fill the form, its up to you if you do so, it really doesn't matter.... it applies mostly when you use a third party to help with the application, like an immigration support office, lawyer, etc. But to be honest, I would not fill that form, its useless in your case.

If that is the case its better to fill the form and you will receive all related information... will make things easier for both of you.

By any chance is your husband from Costa Rica or from Mexico...????? He most speak Spanish.....

Yeah we both speak Spanish, but that doesn't help him if all of the letters are either in English or French. Lol

Yes, I understand.... He will be speaking English... or French ...in no time...
but need to go full time to school... there are many School of English/French as a Second Language ...
and that is something that you need to begin to enquire.... to make sure that he makes
a smooth transition into the Canadian environment when he arrives....
