USE SECOND FORM TO FILL INFORMATION

I am filling a form. but in some fields for eg Name of the (institution)school/university I am not able to write complete name inside the box as some character limit is there how can I use second form to write it?

or any other solution for this problem?

I am filling form using computer not by hand.

And can I use both pen and computer to fill the forms?
