Use printout of Email or wait for AOR hard copy to apply for BOWP.

I received an email a week back from CIC stating that my application for permanent residence in Canada under the Canadian Experience Class is complete.
The email also mentions the application number assigned to me which I used to retrieve my status in ECAS and it says 'in process'. My credit card also got charged. But I still haven't received hard copy of AOR letter mailed by CIC.

I plan to apply for my open WP as my closed WP expires in 2 months can I just use the email printout or I need to wait for AOR.
I plan to apply BOWP online so took the questionnaire to understand list of documents needed, weird thing is AOR doesnt show up in the list of documents.

The only person get Acknowledgement via postal mail who did not provide their email address. Since you have already received your AOR via email you are not gonna get the same via postal mail. Printout the AOR email and enclosed with your BOWP application

The email is your AOR. You will not get another copy in the mail.

If you apply online, there's a question in the questionnaire that asks if you have applied for permanent residence, and if so, have received "positive elibility decision" - you have to answer yes to those questions, and then CIC will look in your file for the AOR.

If you apply on paper, there's no questionnaire, so it's better to include a copy of the AOR.

^ Or as I did, enclose an explanation letter that you are applying for a bridging open work permit, and to request that they check for a positive eligibility decision.
