Use of Representative Form

Hi to all I have a question about Use of Representation form.

My spouse and I have been living together in Nicaragua for the last 3 years and are currently renting a small "apartment". Apartments here are basically a room within a house, since it is in a house there are other tenants around therefore making it unsafe to receive any documents here.

We normally list our mailing address as the address of my spouse grandmother's home which is in the same neighborhood about 5 min away.

I have seen so much conflicting information but I just want to know if we are required to send a Use of representative form since our mailing address is different then our physical address.

List your address as your current address but list a trusted relative as the "mailing address" I believe there is a part in the application that states "if you provide an email address, you will receive correspondence through email" use this feature use of representative is only to give someone permission to access your account
