Gentleman who are planning to apply for Canada Immigration :

I really advise you DO NOT USE a Lawyer. trust me I have no interest to say that but a lawyer is a lost of money, time and a play a negative role in your process, yes a negative role ...
like you I thought by using a lawyer, he is the one who is going to help me! but this is not the case a lawyer has a lot of agents (in general unqualified) that will communicate with you and you will immediately know their levels!!

up to you

Not really true, depends on who the lawyer is & what's his/her reputation is. I hired one from Canada itself & he did wonders, no doubt he charged me a bit more than others but he has 100% track record as he accepts only those cases which are going to get approved. What would you do if your case gets rejected ? Reality is you wouldn't know about rejection until you receive your file back & till that time the 30 days window would be over. will you be able to plead your case Federal Court ? Its just my personal viewpoint, didn't mean to offend anyone.

Regards.
