Okay, as a Op... post here some reliable employment agencies or directhire links so we get benifit by joining this form 
I used Willis & Brazolot who took my money and arraned 3 interviews with one man companies who were not offering any kind of relevant job. When I contacted them with regard to a refund they sent me a standard letter stating they were glad they had helped me out and no way was there any kind of refund even though they failed to complete the contracted agreement. It was a total waste of time and money.
I found that the best way to find employment was to contact the companies direct and explain what you could do for them and they were only too willing to carry out the process on my behalf.
I would say to any one looking to move to Canada if there is such a skills shortage then the employers will help yoou to get there.
However if they are not getting back to you it is because they dont need you.

Thanks, nice informations. It was really big Scam..... but i'm sure, without helping any emplyment agency....its like near to impossible getting any Job or even Offer only just via Online. But i'm agree with you, need to be in contact with legitimate and reliable employment agencies, Question is still there, How to find them?

I was surprised that to be able to get a job it needs to pay the agency. I think the agency should NOT collect any money from somebody who is looking a job specially if you are a professional. It should be the hiring company that needs to pay the agency not the person who is looking for a job.
