Use of a Representative: Sponsor is the representative

My husband is listing me as his representative (the sponsor) but I'm a bit confused. as you can tell below it requires both the sponsor and principal applicant to fill the IMM 5476 form. He is obviously filling out the IMM 5476 but do I need to? I am not using a representative..I am the representative therefor I don't need to fill the form? If someone could help me that would be great.

if you have decided to use a representative......you only need to fill one use a representative form.....which is signed by the representative and the PA...
