If we want to travel to the US (If you can do this?) With a wife that has a PR Card. How is this done?

If your wife normally would need a visa to enter the US, she will still need a visa, even while a Canadian Permanent Resident. The upside is that it is much easier for her to obtain such a visa with Permanent Residency here. She can travel to the following countries without a visa, as long as she has her PR card:

Aruba, the Bahamas, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Netherlands Antilles, Nicaragua and Turks & Caicos Islands
