USA visa refusal in the past as a teenager and part of family can affect pr application

Hi. I have a USA visa refusal ten years back when I was a teenager and the refusal was for our family visa applied by my parents. I have disclosed this in all my study permit and subsequent applications. But can this visa refusal by itself cause my PR application to be rejected. Can anyone please advise if they know such scenario. Thanks.
