I was a international student in Unites States for 2.5 years. While i was traveling back to my country for vacations an officer stopped me before boarding plane and checked my visa and phone. He went through pictures and text messages. I had text messages of some people whom i was talking to because i wanted to buy phones to take it back to my country so officer thought that i was working off campus illegally but i told him i was not and explained him everything but he took my finger print and stamped nothing on my visa but just told me to visit U.S embassy before coming back but when i went to Embassy they just told me i cant travel back to U.S on student visa anymore. They actually cancelled or provoked my visa. Now i am planning to apply to York University, Canada. Will all this reduce the chance of getting the study permit of Canada?

All the information about your US visa and the reasons for it being cancelled will be available to IRCC when you apply, including the fact they accused you of working illegally. It will be an uphill battle for you to get a visa from Canada.

Is there any way that i can apply for the Canadian immigration?

You can certainly apply. You must inform them on the application of what happened with your US visa. beyond that, acceptance will be based on the strength of your application.
