Hey everyone.
So one of the stipulations on being able to stay here and studying is being in full time classes. well my first semester here, there was a misunderstanding and I was only registered in two classes (part-time) and it shows on my taxes. I was also working below the 20 hours/week during this part-time, time. However, I do have a print out showing, although it being from the graduate site, that 2 classes are the full time minimum. Also, the border agent approved those two classes on my print out and allowed me to get my study visa.
So I'm wondering if there are any issues with that, who I should talk to or what I should do. I have continued my full time studies since we've realized the issue.
We are also applying for Permanent Residency, my spouse and I under common law marriage. I'm very scared about this affecting the application.
Thank you!
