USA police certificate

Hi all,

I lived in US for one year till 2015 and I got a police certificate in June 2016. However, I visited US in Oct 2016 for a week.
I am just wondering whether my old police certificate is still accepted for EE or I need to apply for a new one.

If you have submitted your eAPR before your oct 2016 visit then no, otherwise you need to get a new FBI PCC.
