Just wanted some help as been reading up on this topic. I am the Canadian citizen and officially have accepted a job to move back to Canada now in the next 20 days. I plan to fly back with my US citizen wife. We sent in her "outland" applicaiton about 2 weeks ago. I have the receipt for the application paid and will have a copy of the same forms sent with us. I will have 3 bags with me, and she will have 1 bag and just a carry-on.
Is there anything we need to be concerned about? She will most likely be leaving to go back to the USA in the 3 months time and then back to Canada again. I read that asking for a "visitor record" is helpful, since we have been married for over 9 months now, I cannot see being CBSA radar as an issue at all.
