once my visit visa rejected for USA should i write complete explanation
in background declaration form or just write my ref. no and date of
rejection, where they ask have your visa rejected ever

i dont think they every ask about the Visa Rejection for any other country....even in background form, no such information mentioned...u dont have to worry abt that matter...

I would say write complete explaination

You are right, and must inform of any visa rejection to any country, with little back ground explanation. This would avoid any (even unintended) 'misrepresentation' for future.

thanks one last question

if some one know about epec once my epec (employment pass eligibiliy certificate)
for Singapore was also rejected but it was just online assesment of documents
if they think you are eligible according to their condition they will call you further
should i mention that too.

i sent some online information and then they sent that you application
had been rejected that's it .

once my student visa was rejected [credibility of documents]bcoz i submitted wrong experience certificate with wrong guidlines of Agent.Then I submitted orginal ducuments ,pls replay anyone, can i get PR visa

Shezad, it's always best to be honest...because if you won't acknowledge it, they would still find out cos your passport would have a stamp in the back page that says "us visa application received on xx-xx-xxxx" just give a brief but precise application,,as long as you're honest about it, i don't see why they would refuse you a canadian visa just because usa refused you.

Guys realated to my previously rejected usa visit visa.....So wat shd i wrote in loe? Just the reason of rejection .someone wrote on the form that if you said yes to any statutory question u need to add schedule A(IMM0008_4E).

Wat is that?
