Hey guys, my sibling stays in the USA and i'll definitely want to visit him when i get the time. For that i need an US visa, should i apply for a B1/B2 Visa right now from india or should i apply from canada?

Dude! Don't jump the gun...do NOT apply for it right now in my opinion. Come to Canada and then apply in summers, just say you'r going to see your cousins in US for easter break or something, then u have high chances of getting it. If u apply from India and they refuse u, then it becomes tricky to re-apply even when u get here. That's just my opinion...even I have family in NYC and I might be applying too in April from Toronto.

I've B1/B2 (Business visiting visa) valid till Aug-2017 multiple entry, possible to stay 180 days in one year.... so If I get in to CANADA as student, can i use this visa sometimes to visit USA, is that still they allow me to use this..?

or if not what do i've to do using this visa to visit USA.

I have a query guys.
My childhood friend is in USA and is now a american citizen.He will send me invitation letter for visa.
But I have heard that stating in visa form that I want to meet my friend makes your case weak.
Is that true?
