US Police Clearance - FBI Website error

I'm trying to submit a request for fingerprint scans through the FBI EDO website -(https://www.edo.cjis.gov/#/). But I'm getting an error - 'The request was malformed' on safari, chrome, IE, firefox and even on mobile. This happens just before going to the payment page.

Is anyone experiencing similar issues? Is there a workaround for this?

I'm having the same issue. I couldn't find a solution anywhere. Hopefully, someone can provide insight on this issue.

For me also same issue coming from yesterday. I also tried all browsers. Hopefully should get resolved on Monday. May be downtime on Server and proxy to return request with no process.

Experiencing the same issue. Tried almost every browser/OS/device combo I had available, but same issue every time. Was driving me crazy, glad to find this and discover that it may be an issue with their website. Will try calling them tomorrow if it isn't resolved.

https://www.edo.cjis.gov now says:

**Effective 10/29/2018, we are currently experiencing issues with payment processing. Requests for your Identity History Summary are unable to be processed at this time due to the payment processing issues. Please check back later this afternoon or tomorrow.**

so looks like they are aware of the issue and hopefully will be resolved soon.

just restarted case with email and filled out form. looks like it is working now!

I restarted the case and it worked fine. I think they resolved the payment issue.
