You need to have at least one year of full time paid work experience in order to qualify to apply to immigrate. Suggest you start by researching the Express Entry immigration program. This is a points-based program and you need to score around 470+ to be selected.

I graduated 4 years ago and currently working as a PTA in the US. Do I still research the Express Entry Program?

Yes. Start there. Calculate your score to see your chances of qualifying. Again, you need to have a score of around 470 to be selected out of the pool.

There is no specific immigration program for those who are in the US. Everyone applies through the same programs.

Yes. You need to meet the eligibility requirements of express entry?
Thank you. Also I see that they are requiring a language test. Where or how can I do that ?
You also need your degree/diploma assessed through an ECA like WES.
