US PCC

Hi,

I applied for US PCC 3months back and today got a mail that fingerprints are not clear and have asked us to apply again. But tomorrow is my last date to submit the application. Even if i apply now it will take another 3months to receive it.. is there any way to get the US PCC easily and will they process my PR application? Please guide.

Just saw your message... Did you submit your application?.

I myself has applied for US PCC before 2 months and waiting ... I was told we can submit the proof of the PCC submission and we shall be given time to submit it.

This is accurate. However for the OP, they may also want to include the original proof of request as well so it doesn't look like they waited until the last minute to submit the PCC request.

For me. I dont have any proof of submission. I just sent my application and finger print through USPS as soon as it is taken..
Confused now.

Is there any way at all you can prove you submitted the documents to the FBI?

Cant think of any. Only option is wait for the reports, I hope....

Hey Folks,

I have been living in US since last 3+ years starting Nov 2014 and spent 6+ months in three different states including current state.
My question is, Do I need Criminal History check from all three states ?
I have my Criminal history records from last two states already including FBI CJIS.

You just need one from FBI, it will cover national.
