I have applied for US PCC on August 30th and got my credit card charged on October 12th. Does it mean that my fingerprints have been valid? I know of some cases where the FBI rejected the application as the finger prints were not readable. Also, how long does it take to receive the PCC after the credit card is charged?

If they charged your card, your fingerprints should be okay.

That is incorrect. Whether fingerprints are ok or not they charge credit card.

I don't know about the credit card charge as i paid with Cashier's Check, but if you are in the US, then there is a number you can call the FBI. You can ask them if your fingerprints were good or not and also ask about when they will mail the report to you.

There is another thread specific to US-FBI PCC here, you should be able to find the contact # there.
