US FBI EDO website won't work

Hi,

I tried to visit the US FBI EDO website (https://www.edo.cjis.gov) to get my police certificate/identity history, however, I could not get into the website. I have tried it with Chrome/IE/Edge/Firefox, but they all failed.

Is there anyone who is experiencing the same thing? If so, is this EDO system still open for application or has it already been closed?
