Hi, I am a US citizen and want to relocate to Seattle from Europe.

I found some good fares into Vancouver on one way flights. CHeaper than flying into Seattle.

Can I fly into Vancouver, wanting to drive down to Seattle and it be ok with immigration?

You are a US citizen wanting to live in Seattle? Last time I checked Seattle was part of the US, so no problem at all.. ;D Even if you came from Mexico or anywhere else, it would not matter. Good luck..
