I just got back my FOIA from CBP. It is missing my entries to Canada at the land border - all recorded by CBSA - that should be recorded as exits from USA.
At first, I thought this was just a matter of my nexus card, tripping up the US system. However, it is also missing all entries to Canada at the land border using my passport.
In contrast, an exit from the US that is an entry to Canada ALWAYS shows up on the FOIA when I use my Canadian PR card.
Anyone else experience similar?
