C canuck78 VIP Member Jun 18, 2017 59,562 14,822 Sep 11, 2019 #4 It is unclear whether he still needs to spend time in the US. If that is the case he may not meet the OHIP residency requirements. The big one would be not being out of Canada for over a month during the first 6 months.
