Our little one won't stay still to get a nice picture for her PR card. As a result her photo keeps getting rejected and has no PR card. Has a CoPR and a US passport. We landed few months back and came back to the US. Now we are planning to permanently go to Canada in Summer. Both my wife and I have a PR card. Daughter has CoPR + USA passport. What are our travel options?
1. Land border crossing?
2. Can the daughter board a flight on a US passport?

there's really no issue here. a pr card is not required for a US citizen to travel to canada by air. She will be able to board the plane with her US passport. when you get to immigration in canada, you can present the COPR.

If you cross by land, her copr and passport works just fine. a pr card is not required.
