URL for ayment of Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) is not working

Hi guys

I have been asked to pay Payment of Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) and they sent me the following link : "eservicesak.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en"

But, it is not working on google chrome nor internet explorer . Does anybody have the same problem before?

Any Suggestions????
