Am canadian my hasuband in saudi and he is paki i started the process to bring him to canada but in a mean i want to divorce him what can i do ? And what i have to do if i want to bring my second husband to be? Shall i wait some periods to start my application or i can do it immediately?

First you need to cancel the application to bring your first husband to Canada. If your first husband's application is approved and he lands in Canada and becomes a PR - you won't be able to sponsor anyone else for at least three years. You must also divorce your first husband. Once the divorce is final - you can then marry your second husband. Canada will not recognize your second divorce if you marry your second husband before your first divorce is finalized. Once you have married your second husband legally - you can then apply to bring him to Canada.

You can submit the second application immediately after canceling the first. But again, before you can submit the second application - you have to marry your second husband. And you cannot marry your second husband until after you have divorced your first husband and your divorce has been finalized. If you marry your second husband before your divorce to your first husband is finalized - Canada will not recognize your second marriage and will refuse the application.
