I applied Outland under family Class. We are living with my sponsors together out of Canada. And now she got school start in Canada and i didn't get Visa yet. Can I ask for Visit Visa and go to Canada with her during my process of Permanent Resident and there ask for Open Work Permit? Is that possible?

Unfortunately you don't qualify for an open work permit because you applied outland. So the short answer is no on the work permit. But you can still visit.

They tend not to give TRVs (visitor visas) for those that applied outland for PR. They know you intend on establishing yourself in Canada and are afraid you will not leave the country when the visa expires.
