URGENTLY NEED ADVICE on Passport Stamping in another country

Hi All,
I applied for Study permit in IRCC, Vienna on 12th April 2022, since I stayed in Germany. Then I moved back to my own country India 2 months ago and now I received the passport request letter, on 11th August 2022. I had already updated the IRCC with my new address, but they only sent a thank you email for updating, and not a proper confirmation that I can submit my passport in India for stamping. Should I submit my passport to a VAC in India, or still wait for a confirmation email? How does this confirmation email look like? What should be mentioned in the email? Please advise regarding the same.

Only advice I can give you is that if you do not submit your Passport within 30 days, your application will be automatically refused.

To avoid any issues, I would submit the passport to the VO where you applied. Trust me, you do not want to complicate your process, it can backfire on you.
