Anyone knows about DNA test what they ask during simple collection and they do finger print or no ?

Not many had gone through DNA test. You can consider to update the title to include that to get some answers.
This is the offical description. Not sure about finger prints but they do have procedures to ensure that the sample is collected from the requested person.
