Does simply having a flight booked constitute sufficient grounds for urgent processing of a PR card?
 
Hi friends

In order to request an urgent processing of the PR card application what are the documents I should submit?

I am in an urgency to obtain by PR card at least within 10-14 days since I am doing the soft landing before the wedding and I need to get back soon.
 
  • a job opportunity
  • your own serious illness
  • the death of a family member
  • work related to your current job
  • the serious illness of a family member
Those are the only reasons you can qualify, but even if you did qualify (which you don't), you are not going to get it that quickly unfortunately.

Urgent processing requests generally aren't accepted by IRCC when you are receiving your PR card for the first time. You will need to make other arrangements. For example, you can apply for a PRTD from outside of Canada once you are ready to return.
