hi all,

I got a quick question. My travel history only includes me visiting US on Sept 26 2015 and I came back to Canada the same day. It was my first time visiting US. I never went back again.

So when I entered the border they gave me some 4*4 inch I94A paper which had expiry date of Mar 25 2016. I was supposed to return it at the US border when I exited US on the same day but I didn't. US didn't stamp any exit date on my passport but just the entry date.

How can I show in my application that I exited US on the same day. Do I need to upload this I94A along with the passport scans. Do I need an LOE to explain this issue?

Strange they gave you a paper I94 - you may also be able to check your I94 departurre record on this site
https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/
If you find it here just take a screenshot and you can attach it with your application

I have been in the US since 2013 and it is electronic - maybe they have not implemented it for land crossings

I-94A is different from I-94. They still issue I-94A in a paper form.

I just entered all my info but the site says that I have no travel history with US. I have no proof that I left US the same day. What should i do?

I still have that I94A form.
