Hubby did his medical yesterday..the form they gave him..emedical receipt..has the exams listed on the bottom..instead of saying completed..most have required or referred instead of completed...I am sure on the first ones we did..it had completed listed on all..can someone please check the bottom of theirs to compare..also it says on page 2 you did not consent to electronically send...I find this line in correct...please help
