URGENT visa application still under processing

hello everyone.

my visa application was received by VFS-New Delhi on 30th October and now its been over a month when i track the application it still states that its under processing.

is it me or it really has taken an unusual amount of time?
should i do something?

General or SSP? In any case, its above the 15 business days deadline they mention in their site, so call them straightaway!
