I submitted my application on Feb 10, 2017 and there is no update yet. Called CIC many times and they are not able to find my application by UCI number but can find my application by EE profile/application number. sometime I was told(as i called many times) that my application got attached to different UCI number and it is cause for the delay. Agent told me that UCI number got corrected , however still I do not see my UCI number in front of my name in my account.
I requested GCMS notes and today i noticed that my UCI shown is CAN000xxxxxxx however my UCI is like XXXX-XXXX.
please suggest, it is more than five months and there is no update in application.
