I had another part time job where i am independent contractor with the company deals with financial services. So its not actually a Job. I dont have any tax statement as this is my first year in this job.So please let me know do i have to mention this job in my application or if i do then what documents i need it. I want to apply PR ASAP because under skilled category B i am 100% eligible.

Of course you need to mention it, even if it won't count (self-employment). It won't hurt your application (unless you were on a closed work permit and it wasn't authorized). On the other hand, not reporting it could be seen as "misrepresentation."
