Urgent!!! submitted wrong application forms for Dependent visa!!

my agent has submitted wrong application forms for my wife's dependent visa/open work permit. I am in canada on SINP work permit. my wife is in india.

Could you please tell me, what APPLICATION FORM do we need to submit for spouse dependentvisa/open work permit.

i need to submit these all by tomorrow to Newdelhi consulate. please help me as soon as possible.

She needs to apply for a TRV (visitor visa) requires a medical, and she would apply for an open work permit on entry, if your job is NOC A, B or O. She would require a copy of your work permit. See: http://www.vfs-canada.co.in/visaapplication.html#3
