Hi there,
I have studied at a college in Vancouver for the past few years and I took a term off from Sept-Dec, but my study permit expired during the time. I have paid tuition for the next semester (Jan-April) with all the required documents to reapply for my student visa - however, it got rejected once and my second try is still processing.
I have to make a decision by January 12 if I should withdraw or not or else I'll lose all my tuition. Is there any way for me to speed up the process (eg. apply for urgent processing) OR for me to enter Canada with a visitor visa and apply WITHIN Canada while starting my studies?
PLEASE HELP. THANK YOU
