Urgent: Spouse has just one name

Guys,

Whats should I do if spouse has just one name. On her passport document first name field has her name and last name field is blank while on her status document last name field has her Name and first name field is blank.

Enter her [single] name in the surname field and leave the given name field blank. I guess, this is the correct way for entering single names.
