Urgent ...... SOWP + EXPRESS ENTRY

hello everyone

could anyone help me to come out from this confusion. I am new member .
I have approved student Visa. I want to apply for EE too in coming months. My spouse will not accompany me in PR process due to CRS score. ( without adding him I have 470+) My main question is
1- Can I apply his SOWP , when my profile is in pool?
2- Is there any bad effect on our profile of applying SOWP but not EE?

Please expert. help me .. your help would be appreciated !

Are you eligible for Express Entry?

It's totally separate from your study permit so no impact on each other; however, SOWPs are not guaranteed and if you apply for PR with him marked as non-accompanying while he is in Canada on a work permit, you need to explicitly state that you are doing so for points reasons.

Yes I'm eligible .

Moreover , I am going to apply Soon. He is in India. First i apply for EE then after this pandemic and VFS open we apply his SOWP. That is why we confused weather VO thinks why he is not applying in EE with her or why later he is going on SOWP.
