Hello!
My family and I came to Canada in 2020 through PNP NB. My elderly daughter stayed with her mom (ex wife) in country of origin.
In January 2022 we got PR (including my elderly daughter). Sadly, we couldn’t send needed documents in time to Canadian embassy to get daughter’s PR visa. I texted a couple of times to IRCC through web form asking to extend deadline, but get no answer. Time after time I was checking my IRCC account.
A few days ago I got an email from IRCC that the status of my application was changed. The status became CLOSED but at the same time they changed my daughter’s CoPR expire date from march 2022 to December 2027.

I have a question. I wonder If her PR visa can now
be issued and we can just send documents to Canadian Embassy to get her PR visa in her passport?

Can't hurt to try! Worst they can do is decline it.
