Dear experts.

Please advice , one of my friend has done MBA and now she is working as "health and safety manager" in one industry Unit of textile.Can she apply under

"2263 Inspectors in public and environmental health and occupational health and safety" NOC.

Her study is MBA , Due to MBA degree , will her application will be rejected ?

Please advice.

Is she can get a reference letter in CIC required format which includes major duties related to those described in the below, she would be eligible

Make sure she do not copy paste the duties mentioned above, the application will be rejected.

I think with the new rule it is important to have the person's degree(s)/training assessed in line with this job requirements provided in the NOC. What was the person undergrad degree? That may help. Does the person also have other trainings that are specific to this field apart from the MBA?

Becholor Degree is B.COM and MBA. So education is different then this field. It will make any difficulty ?

By yours point of view, Its means She can apply under this NOC because jobs duties are fullfilled.
