CHC gave all my papers back and issued a letter for medical examination....what does that mean???

What is ur timeline and what does your medical letter says..??

it says the test will determine whether i meet the medical requirements for admission to CANADA and i have to do the medical exams within 30 days or it could result in the refusal of my application

Congratulations. This is your medical call . You said all your documents..? Is it true, coz usually, they send medical call letter and passport. When did u applied..?

It means your decision has been made and your application has been approved, Medical is the last thing to be checked by VO. You will be granted visa if your medical is fine.
