Please help me regarding the filling of FORM

Schedule 3 -ECONOMIC CLASSES- FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER IMM 0008 (08-2013)E

Q12 (b) WORK EXPERIENCE -

here i need to write all the occupation i had held during past 10 years. i worked in the same occupation for 5+ years (approx) in 3 different companies of same employer.
so please guide me,

should i write here all 3 time-period separately OR i should combined the time period for all 3 companies and should write the occupation + NOC code + cumulative Experience 5+.....please guide me
