urgent! Resident outside confusion

My wife became PR 3 years ago before 3 years ago she was living outside of Canada.
The eligibility period came as 5 years.

Now for that 2 years before she became PR and landed in Canada:

1) would she require Police Clearance? (She did submit police clearance for her PR application)
2)Does she need to fill Resident outside of Canada form, because technically she did reside outside of Canada in her eligibility period of 5 years, for that 2 years before she became the PR!
If yes, the resident outside of form has only 2 section A and B and both deals with Crown servant family members meaning, either she was/her spouse/parent were PR or citizen and were the crown servant, therefore, she was living outside of Canada, neither of that 2 sections applies to her. Does she still need to fill that form?

Kindly please let us know, we are planning to send our citizenship documents on the coming weekend.

1) No, because she has not gone back during her eligibility period. I know many people with similar scenario which didn't submit a police clearance

Oh thats such a relief, but then I guess we need to refill her form slightly different now.
The application guide is not very clear as it answers general questions but not case specific so kindly if you or anyone here can help on that.

The questions it arises since she didn't go back after becoming PR are :

1) so for question 9c) During your eligibility period did you live outside of Canada? should we tick mark Yes or No?
(Technically out of 5 years she did reside outside of Canada for 2 years out of 5 before becoming PR)

3)Question 10b) in the past 4 years were you any other country for 183 days (6months) tick mark Yes or No?

Question NO.4 . Yes you have to mention all education and employment even before becoming PR because they are also in the relevant period.

That is what I did.
Question No.1 I ticked No, ( since it then refers to a form that is not applicable to me). I dont know I am right or wrong uptill now since, I havent recieved my AOR yet.
Question No 3. It clearly says 4 years, if you were out for more than 183 days in 4 years you have to tick Yes. And I submitted a police certificate for that period.
