Urgent Request.. Please assist me

I have secured admition in Conestoga May intake 2020. I have applied my visa offline on 18th march.On 19th march i received an email that my application has reached Delhi and on 20th march i received an email that your processed passport has been sent back to VFS Ahmedabad please collect your passport. But due to locked down i have not been able to collect my passport. This locked down seems to be never ending situation in my area for atleast 1 more month and my college is starting from 19th May. Can anyone suggest me what should i do further and whom should i contact?

But refusal also this fast??? Also I have linked my offline application "Online". There is no decision declared on IRCC website yet. Its been a month that there is no update.

Might be they are not processing new ones cause of so many backlogs, might vfs delhi is closed.

similar bro ,i have applied on 17 march vfs jalandhar ,18 march reach delhi vo 21 march , processed passport sent back but due to lockdown i have also not recieved ,but they are sending back passport due to covid 19 ,this is very tense situation

similar bro ,i have applied on 17 march vfs jalandhar ,18 march reach delhi vo 21 march , processed passport sent back but due to lockdown i have also not recieved ,but they are sending back passport due to covid 19 ,this is very tense situation

they have not even made a courier of my passport and helpline numbers are also not working.
Cant figure out what to do.
