Urgent request about meeting with the CBSA officier who issued exclusion order for me

I received an exclusion order because I studied in Canada without waiting for my status restoration + study permit application to go through and used flagpole to get a work permit at the border without a visa and permit.
Just now, the officer who issued me the exclusion order told me to go to the border to talk to them about my airline ticket and told me to take an uber myself, which is ridiculous, it costs over $300 to take an uber from where I live to the border, that's over $600 for a round trip. I already told him it was expensive, but she still didn't listen and was in a hurry to get off work and leave. What can I do to solve this problem at this point?

You do know what an exclusion order is? You have 30 days to leave the country and CBSA wants proof that you have your airline ticket to leave. When did you get the exclusion order? And you told CBSA you cannot go because it is expensive and have to work. Most likely working illegally too. You need a lawyer which is going to cost you much more than $600 because you need to go to federal court to overturn exclusion order. Or buy the airline ticket and leave Canada.

How did you get a WP? If you didn’t have a valid study permit and your status hadn’t been restored you were without status in Canada. You are technically working illegally because you didn’t qualify for the WP so shouldn’t be working. Agree this is much more serious than an Uber fare.
