Urgent Reply Plz (Related to StudyVisa)

HI Guyz, I applied through a consultant as most of you guyz know so he gave me an ID and Pass to Cic.gc.ca Website and I checked it time to time . It said i have applied for Study permit outside of canada and it something else was written infront of it DAYS TO TRANSMIT and it changed as day passed but today when i checked it , there was nothing , nothing about study permit , What does it mean ?

I am really dissapointed to see lack of help here , I mean every question i have asked i never got a response , i tried my best to help out and even created a new application list but still nobody replies to my questions .. i am just sad to see prejudice of few Proud Members of this forum who have Hero or Champion Status but still feel too proud to help out someone ......

Because what your talking about it's some unusual thing, I never heard that chc provide user name and password on student visa fill application that's why. Does anyone here who also got user name and password ever on student visa?
