Hi all,

This is very urgent so I would highly appreciate some assistance.

I became a Canadian PR on 5 Sep, 2017 through inland landing and my PR card is valid till 20-Oct-2022. I have stayed inside and outside of Canada since then. Could someone have a look at my dates, and confirm by when should I enter Canada by to maintain by residency? I am currently NOT in Canada.

2017:
PR Landing: 5-Sep-2017
Left Canada: 21-Nov-2017
Days INSIDE: 78 days

2018:
Returned: 24-Aug-2018
Days OUTSIDE: (275) days

Left Canada: 20-Dec-2018
Days INSIDE: 119 days

2019:
Returned: 29-Jan-2019
Days OUTSIDE: (36) days

Left Canada: 24-Nov-2019
Days INSIDE: 300 days

I have been outside since 25-Nov-2019. Days OUTSIDE since then till 31-Dec-2021 = (768) days.

Thank you so much!! Cheers

No one here is going to calculate your days for you. This is someone you will need to do yourself.

You need to have at least 730 days in Canada in the five year period after landing in order to meet the residency requirement.

The expiry date on your PR card is irrelevant.
