but the matter that makes me worry,that he is working one day per week ("call on duty) so his salay may be 40 dollars and I am afraid that affects in my situation negatively ?!!

That shouldn't be the issue because you are required to show about CAD$12000 which you can bring it here to settle down. So, it doesn't matter what he earns. This is my opinion only.
