Urgent Question: Work history consistency (Express Entry profile and ITA form)

Hi All

I have claimed points under Work History for ''X'' number of companies in the Express Entry profile and submitted the form. I received an ITA. Can I now add another company under the Work history section ? Or will that be inconsistent with the express entry form?
(Adding the new company under the work history section does not affect my points .)

Any advise if it would be ok to add that company now to my existing profile (Profile after receiving an ITA) provided I can give them an Employment Reference Letter?
